You’re Not Broken - You’re Just Buried....

How subconscious healing helps you find the parts of yourself you thought you’d lost.

When you think you ‘should’ feel fine, but nothing actually feels fine at all…

There’s a quiet ache you can’t quite name…

You’re holding it all together - for your clients, your team, your loved ones...

But underneath?...

Something feels…misaligned…

A pressure in your chest…

A fog in your mind…

A resistance in your body…

You feel exhausted, not just physically…

But soul-tired.

You’ve been carrying a weight for so long that no one sees the heaviness of it anymore…

Not even you, most days…

You don’t even remember what it’s like to feel free…

And because you can’t see the weight, it’s easy to assume the problem must be you…

  • When your confidence disappears without warning…

  • When you’re constantly worried about getting it wrong & letting people down…

  • When your inner critic keeps getting louder & louder…

  • When you're doing the work, but still feel stuck in the same patterns…

Maybe you’re…broken?...

That word comes up a lot in my client sessions…

“Perhaps I’m not as good as I thought.”

“I should be further along by now.”

“Maybe I’ve just hit my ceiling.”

But here’s what I’ve learned again and again - in my own journey, and with the women I support:

You’re not broken.

You’re buried.

Buried… under what?

  • Under the belief that your success means doing more & risking more to achieve more…

  • Under the pressure to hold it all together as the capable one, the one who’s ‘got this’, while quietly unravelling inside…

  • Under years of subconscious stories that deep down, make you question if you’re enough…

You’ve learned to hide, avoid and silence the parts of you that felt like they didn’t fit neatly into the version of yourself - or the world - you’re living in.

You buried them because it was safer….

Because it was necessary…

You buried them so well that even you started forgetting they were there…

But the thing is…

What’s buried isn’t lost…

It’s just waiting patiently to be unearthed.

What the Unearthing Feels Like

I call the first step of my process “The Unearthing” - and not just because it sounds poetic!

It’s because healing starts when you stop trying to fix yourself…

And start getting curious instead.

When you begin to look beneath the surface (and ask for support in doing so)…

You notice what’s been running on autopilot…

You listen to the inner voice that’s been whispering, “there’s more for you than this.”

The women I support often describe this moment like a deep exhale…

Like suddenly realising they’ve been holding their breath for years…

Like hearing themselves - truly - for the first time in a long time.

And it’s the beginning…

Not to transform into someone new...

But to reclaim who you already are, underneath it all.

So… how do you begin to unearth?

Here are a few ways to gently start - even before a hypnotherapy session:

1. Ask inquisitive questions

  • “When did I first learn it wasn’t safe to feel this way?”

  • “Who taught me that I had to keep proving myself?”

  • “What belief might be driving this pattern?”

Subconscious healing starts with curiosity.

2. Notice your “proving” patterns

Catch the moments you push through when you’re running on empty.

Notice when you over-explain, over-deliver, over-prepare.

Ask yourself:

“What am I hoping this extra effort will give me?”

“What part of me still feels like she’s not enough without it?”

This is where compassion opens the door to change.

3. Let one part of you speak

Pick a part of you that feels silenced, buried, or brushed aside.

The one that feels unworthy, avoidant, even ashamed.

Then ask her:

  • What do you need from me today?

  • What are you trying to protect me from?

  • If you had a voice, what would you say?

Let the answers come without judgement.

This is how we build inner trust - one safe conversation at a time.

And so…

You’re not broken.

You’re not behind.

You’re not stuck.

You’re layered.

And wildly capable of coming home to yourself.

When you start to unearth what’s been buried, you don’t just feel lighter…

  • You feel seen and heard - stepping back into your confidence…

  • You feel safe enough to know your worth - embodying your true value…

  • You feel restored, whole and at peace in yourself - maybe for the first time in years…

If this speaks to something inside you - you don’t have to figure it out alone.

This work is gentle, powerful, and tailored to exactly what your subconscious is ready for.

Ask yourself:

“What am I ready to stop carrying?”

Let that question guide you.

And if you’re ready, I’m here to walk beside you on that journey.

I offer a free ‘no strings attached’ 30 minute Heart to Heart call to explore this with you.

This is your invitation to get in touch.
