Hypnotherapy is an amazing form of talk therapy, which is recommended by the NHS for specific issues. It uses deep relaxation to access your subconscious mind (however, you are in complete control the whole time). There, we can alter any negative associations, habits or behaviors through positive suggestion, visualisation and guided imagery, using various techniques such as NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming).
