Confident Birthing Essentials is ideal for mums-to-be on limited time, as it includes 4 easy to follow concentrated modules, which can be learnt at your own pace, in the comfort of your own home. The course also includes three invaluable guided hypnotherapy tracks, positive birthing affirmations, discussion points for you and your birth partner, informative videos with demonstrations and easy to use mindset tools. All materials and resources are fully downloadable and can be implemented immediately. Please note - I usually recommend any hypnobirthing course to be undertaken after your 20th week of pregnancy.
