A brand new online hypnobirthing course, which can be learnt at your own pace, in the comfort of your own home. The course is ideal for mums-to-be who are limited on time and cannot commit or invest in my five week private or group course, but who still wish to have a positive birth experience, with a calm, confident mindset, where they're in control. The course also includes advice and guidance, positive birthing affirmations, discussion points for you and your birth partner, mindset tools and three specific self-hypnosis mp3 tracks. All materials and resources are fully downloadable and easy to start implementing straight away. Please note - we usually recommend for any hypnobirthing course to be undertaken after your 20th week of pregnancy. For safety, never listen to the self-hypnosis mp3 tracks whilst driving or operating machinery.
